Get KeraPlan on your next real project.

Working software, free for everyone. Register below, confirm your email, and you'll receive your license key plus a download link. Your data stays on your machine.

Step 1 · Register

Request your free license.

Register below and we'll email you a confirmation link (skip this form if you're only using the online version; registration is for the upcoming desktop release). After you confirm, your license key and a download link arrive in a second email — usually within a minute.

We'll send your confirmation link and license key here. Please use an address you check regularly.

Your information is handled per our privacy policy. Each user receives their own license key — please don't share the installer; colleagues can request their own license here.

What to expect

From request to running.

Step 1

Confirm your email.

After you submit the form, you'll receive an email with a confirmation link. Click it to verify your email address. Check your spam folder if you don't see it after a couple of minutes.

Step 2

Get your license key.

Once you confirm, a second email arrives with your KeraPlan license key (format: KERA-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) and a download link for the Windows installer. Usually within a minute of confirming.

Step 3

Install and activate.

Download is a ~9 MB Windows installer. Install takes under a minute. On first launch, accept the EULA, paste your license key in the License Manager, and KeraPlan activates. Open the sample project or import your own P6 XER file to see the Gantt, WBS, and EVM views.

Ongoing

Use it on your real work.

Run KeraPlan on schedules that matter. Verify the CPM matches your expected logic. Run a Monte Carlo on a real critical path. Produce a WBS export for an owner report. Email feedback@sudharitech.com when something doesn't work or could be better. If KeraPlan helps, voluntary contributions are welcomed.

System requirements

What you'll need.

Operating system Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit). Windows Server 2019/2022 supported.
Processor Intel or AMD x64, 2 GHz or faster. Apple Silicon via Parallels supported unofficially.
Memory 4 GB minimum. 8 GB recommended for projects over 5,000 activities.
Disk space 250 MB for installation. Project files vary by size.
Network Internet connection for initial activation. Periodic license verification (approximately once every 30 days). Runs offline between checks.
macOS / Linux Not natively supported. macOS via Parallels or Boot Camp; Linux via Wine (unsupported but known to work).

Native macOS and Linux builds are on the roadmap. If that's a blocker for your team, let us know — customer demand drives the priority order.

One last thing — about installing it.

Until we add code signing, Windows may show a SmartScreen warning when you run the installer. Click "More info" → "Run anyway" to proceed. Code signing is on the near-term roadmap.
